Amateur Team

The Comomango Amateur Team is composed of high-level salsa dancers who are seeking to take their dancing to the stage. Trained by Victor and Katia, they perform group choreographies at various events. In December 2008, the Amateur Team represented Canada in the Acapulco Salsa Congress, in Mexico. The Spring 09 Amateur Team placed 1st place in the Miami Salsa Competitions in May, and represented Comomango at the Bermuda Mambo Nights in August. Our new Fall 09 Amateur Team will be performing in San Francisco! 

If you are interested in trying out for the next Comomango Amateur Team, and are available for practices twice a week as well as performances and travel, then stay tuned for our next auditions which will be posted on the website.
